Pens and Blanks

Do you make custom items?

Yes, we can make nearly any product we offer in a custom colorway for you, including but not limited to, regular pens, diamond pens (traditional or vacuum), pen or other blanks, knife scales, and bottle stoppers. Check the below sections for information on how to order a custom item.

Do you make custom diamond pens?

Yes, we make custom diamond pens. To order one, first, find a pen blank you like. Next, go to our Custom Diamond Pen product page, select a pen shape from the drop down, and put the name of the blank in the text box. Finally, just place your order and await your custom diamond pen!

Custom diamond pen orders can take up to three weeks to make and ship, though we typically ship in less time.

Does ordering a custom pen cost extra?

No, having a custom pen made is the same cost as a pre-made pen of the same style, shape, and blank.

Shipping

Where are you located, and who do you use to ship packages?

We are in Dallas, Texas, and ship through USPS for all of our products. For U.S. customers wanting more accurate estimates on shipping time, you can go to USPS' Transit Time Map and use '75201' (Central Dallas) for the Zip Code.

Do you ship orders internationally?

Yes, we do ship orders internationally through USPS.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

We try our best to drop off all orders for shipping on the same day they're ordered, though orders made after business hours may be sent out with tomorrow's packages, depending on whether our local USPS drop off location is open. Custom orders may take up to three weeks to be shipped, though we typically ship in less time.
